How to Input Job Cost?

Bitumio > Left Navigation Bar > Job Phases


1. Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the Job Phases screen.


2. To input job cost for a specific job phase, click the button from the job row.



3. As a result, a window opens allowing you to input all job details.


4. Enter any instructions (only visible to internal users) in the Notes text field.



5. Attach any necessary file(s) using the browse hyperlink. Clicking it opens your system storage so that you can choose the file.



6. Once the required selections are made from this section, click the button.



7. Moving further, select the date from the Date field.



8. Input the job cost using the Ton Used field.



9. Scrolling down further, you can enter Travel Time and On Job Time in the Employees section. 



10. Click Remove to remove an employee record whereas an employee can be added by clicking the + Add Employee button.



11. Information can be entered in a similar manner for the Equipment Pieces, Additional Costs, and Transfer Trucks.



12. Once the information is added, click the button.
