Adding a Client Company and Contacts

This article will show you how to add Companies and Contacts. Companies and Contacts are for whom serviced will be provided. 


Company: A Company is an entity for which work is to be performed. 

Contact: A Contact is someone at the Company who communicates with your Organization.


Creating A Company

Step 1: Click the "Companies" option on the Left Navigation Bar


Step 2: This will show a list of Companies. Click the blue "Create Company" button in the upper, right-hand corner. 

Step 3: Enter the associated information about the Company

  • The following fields are required to create a Company
    • Company Name
    • Company Email
    • Company Phone
    • Company Address
    • Company City
    • Company State
    • Company Zip

Step 4: Enter the associated information about the Primary Contact for that Company

  • The following fields are required to create a Contact
    • Contact First Name
    • Contact Last Name
    • Contact Email

Step 5: If there are additional Contacts that should be saved for that Company, click the Add Contact button to add more Contacts.

Step 6: Once all Contacts are added, click Create in the bottom right corner.
