How to Set Up ACH Payment for Your Bitumio Subscription

Overview

Bitumio supports ACH (Automated Clearing House) as a payment method for subscription billing. ACH allows you to pay directly from your bank account instead of a credit card. The setup process follows the same workflow as credit card payment — the key difference is the type of banking information you'll enter.

Prerequisites

Before getting started, make sure you have the following on hand:

• Your bank account number
• Your routing number
• Access to your Bitumio account with admin or owner-level permissions

How to Sign Up for a Subscription Using ACH

Navigation path:

Bitumio > Left Navigation Bar > Organization Settings > Subscription

Step 1 — Follow the navigation path above to land on the Subscribe Now screen.

Step 2 — Click the Subscribe button from the Tiers Offered card. This will take you to the Subscription Details screen.

Step 3 — On the Subscription Details screen, look for the payment method option and select ACH / Bank Account instead of credit card.

Step 4 — Enter your banking details using the fields provided:

• Account Holder Name
• Routing Number
• Bank Account Number
• Account Type (Checking or Savings)

Step 5 — Once all required fields are filled in, click the Subscribe (or Confirm) button to complete the setup.

Important Notes

• ACH payments may take 3–5 business days to process, unlike credit cards which are near-instant.
• Make sure the bank account information entered matches exactly what your bank has on file to avoid payment failures.
• If you need to update your payment method later, you can return to Organization Settings > Subscription at any time.
