How to Create Change Order using Existing Proposal as Baseline?

Bitumio > Left Navigation Bar > Jobs

1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Jobs screen.

2. Click the ID for the job you want to create a change order. Doing so takes you to the Update Job screen.

3. To create a change order for the selected job, click the button. This opens a confirmation popup.

4. Click the button. When this option is selected, system pre-populates the proposal with all the same products as the original proposal so you can make edits to the existing products. The rest of the workflow is similar to the process explained in the article titled, "How to Create a Proposal."
