How to Access Jobs Schedule?

1. Upon successful login, click the Schedule module from the left navigation bar. Doing so takes you to the Schedule screen.



2. Here, all created calendars are displayed along with a corresponding checkbox. You can mark the checkbox(s) for the ones you want to view the calendar for.



3. To select all calendars, click the button.

 

4. To deselect all calendars, click the button.



5. You can view the details for a job schedule by clicking the job from the calendar.


6. Set the duration for which you want to view the calendar using the buttons displayed at the top-right corner. You can choose between week, day, and 3-day.



7. Select the specific timeframe during which you want to view the calendar using the arrow buttons at the top-left corner of the screen.



8. Scrolling down further, you can search for a specific job using the search bar.



9. The Select a Status dropdown allows you to select the job statuses for which you want to view jobs.



10. You can also filter results based on the product type ID by selecting it from the Product Type ID dropdown.



11. At the end is the Job details grid. Here, the details for the jobs are tabulated via various columns that include Job ID, Status, Company Name, Stage Name, Contact, Address, Proposal Won Date, Job Total, and Edit.
