How to Create an Opportunity?

Bitumio > Left Navigation Bar > Opportunities

1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Opportunities screen.

2. To create an opportunity, click the button. Doing so takes you to the Create Opportunity screen.

3. Here, choose the client for which you want to add the opportunity using the Select Client dropdown.

4. In case you want to add a new client, click the button.

5. Select the source of opportunity from the Opportunity Source dropdown.

6. Enter the name of the opportunity in the Opportunity Name field.

7. Enter the address of the client company in the Address field. In case you want to set the address manually on the map, click the button.

8. Select the due date for the opportunity using the Due at date selector.

9. Select the sales person for the opportunity using the Sales Person dropdown.

10. Select the product(s) this opportunity applies to by marking the checkbox(s) for each product you want to include.

11. Enter any additional information in the Notes text editor.

12. Once the required details are filled in, click the button.
